3000 Year Old Ball of Yarn found at Archeological Site in England

This is an amazing find: A 3000 year old ball of yarn was found amongst the remnants of a Bronze Age village at an archeological site near Cambridge in England. The Guardian Newspaper first reported on the discovery of the site in January this year in an article that describes the site as "Britain's Pompeii". The ball of yarn is not the only textile that researchers were able to recover, and it will be very exciting to find out more about how yarn such as this was spun and used 3000 years ago.
