Stolen Stitches Nua is a gorgeous blend of Merino, yak and linen. Merino provides the yarn with softness, yak adds silkiness and linen adds strength, durability and added breathability.
As the different fibres absorb colours differently, the yarn has a natural tweed character. The natural brown fibre of the yak adds an earthy undertone to the yarn range.
Carol Feller's pattern designs are steeped deeply in the history and landscapes of her native Ireland. The choice of colours for Stolen Stitches Nua equally reflect a strong connection to the local Irish environment. Feller says that "The colours in Nua are some of my favourites, inspired by where I live in West Cork, Ireland. The wide range of subtle natural shades punctuated with some vibrant accent colours create a palette of seasonally inspired complementary colours that are a pleasure to work with and to look at."

FIBRES: 60% Merino Wool, 20% Yak, 20% Linen
LENGTH: 140 metres per 50g skein
NEEDLE SIZE: 3.5mm - 4mm (US 4-6)
TENSION (stocking stitch): 22 -24 sts to 10cm using 3mm - 4.5mm needles.
Hand wash only. Dry flat. Not super-wash treated.
