Since the middle of the 19th century, Angora-goats have been bred in the Karoo-Region in the the South-Eastern part of South Africa to produce the world's highest quality Mohair fleeces. It is this super-fine Mohair fibre that has been used to create ggh Masari yarn.
The Mohair fibre has been refined with Merino and silk to create a beautiful wick yarn with a subtle, silky sheen and an amazingly soft touch and a stunning colour quality.
