Coronavirus pandemic impact on yarn business

The covid-19 coronavirus pandemic is having a massive impact on businesses around the world. That includes the knitting and crochet market, where even the world's largest international craft trade fair has announced the cancellation of it's 2020 event.

As a result, we may experience supply issues going forward. We are not exposed to the Chinese market, but many high quality yarns are milled and spun in Italy and this may cause problems further down the track.

There may also be substantial delays in getting new stock shipped in from overseas.

So if you are interested in something, we advise you to order early and order enough, as we have no control over the uncertainties surrounding production and international shipping.

As a precaution due to Covid-19/coronavirus pandemic, we won't offer local pickup until further notice.
