We look after your order carefully and will ship as soon as we can, however, there will be some delays.
We are aware that Australia Post may experience shipping delays from time to time due to a range of issues from weather related events to increase in online shopping. If you feel that your parcel is overdue, please get in touch ASAP so we can follow up with Australia Post to check where your parcel is.
Please note that a shipping delay does not qualify you for a refund if you don't get in touch and allow us to follow up with Australia Post.
If you are keen to find out when an item is back in stock, please sign up to our Newsletter. I will send out an update as soon as new stock comes in.
International customers: We currently don't offer a flat rate for international shipping as shipping costs are incredibly high and we need to pass on the actual shipping cost in full. If you are keen to order from outside of Australia and want to find out what it would cost, please check international shipping costs at Australia Post. Please take into account that postage cost is based on both weight and volume. Yarn tends to be light but bulky, so you may find that an order may get pushed up into the next higher price bracket. If you are happy with the expected shipping fee, please get in touch and we can put together an order for you.
