Create stunning effects by working with two strands of yarn

Posted on

Working with two strands of yarn can be used not only to create a thicker yarn but also to achieve beautiful colour variations. Have a look at this gorgeous sweater, for example: The bottom part of this sweater in stocking stitch uses two colours to create a marbling effect. This is counter-balanced by a ribbing pattern for the top half, which is worked in a single colour.

Add stylish raglan sleeves, and you get a beautiful jumper that will work well with a wide range of different styles.

Raglan sweater in two colours - Volante cotton and Merino yarn - I Wool Knit

This original Rebecca Knit Kit is available in two combinations: Ice-blue and ecru (as in the picture) and in a black and white version with black and creme. It comes in three different sizes: 6/8, 10/12 und 14/16.

As with all our Knit Kits - you are welcome to get in touch to create a personalised Knit Kit with different colour combinations (original yarn only, subject to availability).
